Do not email us to ask about the status of your advertisement. You will receive an email about the status of your advertisement once we have finished serving it. The email will tell you if your advertisement was denied, and it will tell you how many votes we were able to deliver.
We try to check the queue of advertisements a few times throughout the day. The afternoon is a good time to submit an advertisement. We are in the Eastern Time zone.
Your username is your username, not your email. If you forgot your password, use the "change password" form.
Sometimes tasks expire. You must act quickly.

Our algorithm randomly chooses users, so sometimes you will receive many tasks, and sometimes you won't receive any tasks. Just hang in there, and they will come to you.
Do not be alarmed. When you request a withdrawal, we immediately remove the money from your account. Then it usually takes a couple of weeks for your payment to be processed.
